WordPress Adsense System – Day 2 Action Plan
Having problem with the Installer Plugin on the Plugins page – it keeps referring to a fatal error. The thing I like about THESE fatal errors is that the main program still works. I uploaded the Installer Plugin using that quick installer I found in the previous post. The instructions say to install it using the FTP program so I’ll do that.
Also I don’t see a .htaccess file in the root directory. I’m not sure where that’s supposed to be. Going to call GoDaddy. The tech I spoke to there this bright morning 12:08 am. CST said I had to CREATE the file and I should Google it. So I did. Too many instructions . . . maybe tomorrow
Then I decided to upload the Installer with the FTP program and voila – there was the .htaccess file – go figure!!! I made the CMOD change per the instructions. A snap!
Now, let’s see if the Plugins page will work properly.
Still getting the fatal error – also the Ultimate Tag Warrior doesn’t UTW work. I Googled and found that since WordPress 2.3 (this is 2.3 and there’s 2.3.1 – which my mentor says don’t use yet) anyway, since 2.3 WordPress has tags.
